Nope. I read a while ago that getting up the first time you wake up or your alarm goes off is better for you than putting it off.
If my alarm is set for 6:00AM, but I wake up at 5:15, I get up. By getting up I mean up and out of bed and starting my day.
Unlike Jim Gaffigan, I don't like to start my day with a little procrastination.

No snoozing. I’ve got an internal clock that works really well. Whatever time i need to be up i lay down about six and a half hours before then and i’m up when it’s time. If i don’t get up and moving when i first wake up i’ll go back to sleep, so when i wake up i’m out of bed almost as quick.
If i don’t have a wakeup i just go til i run out of steam then crash til i’m ready to hit it again, usually five or six hours of sleep and i’m good. I can get by on a couple hours every twenty four for six or eight days provided i can shower as soon as i wake up.
