well, i used to hit snooze from time to time (before i retired!) but sleeping until the alarm and then just getting up and getting at it was typical for me. now: no alarms at all! that said: i wake up after about 6-6.5 hours anyway...no need for alarms. :)

Don't judge me, but if I hear the alarm, it's for about 1/10 of a second, and I'm up. Many days I beat the alarm by a few minutes. I get about 5 hours sleep, usually midnight to 5 am, and then I'm ready to go. I rarely if ever nap, and rarely feel tired. This is, I believe due to healthy lifestyle choices; exercise, diet and no abuse of my body with cigarettes, drugs or alcohol. Or I could just be lucky, but I doubt it, as I used to live quite differently.

I've always been an instant awake- rarin to go, unable to sleep during the day unless I'm deathly ill kinda guy. Snooze is something I've never done. No naps either. My gal, on the other hand, is like a cat. If I turn my back for a minute she is curled up on the love seat and snoring softly. She's been like that since high school.

Never use it. My alarm is set for 4am, but I almost always (±95%) wake up on my own around 3:30-3:45 and out the door 15-20 minutes later.

The alarm only gets used when I forget to turn off the alarm setting and unintentionally end up waking my wife. At 4am. :(

I do. Always have. I snooze three times for a total of 27 minutes since iphones have a nine minute snooze. I’ve heard not snoozing is better for you. Snooze. The word kinda loses all meaning if you say it over and over. Snooze.
I sleep by cycles. If the time I am going to bed does not line up with my desired wake-up time, say my cycles end at 5:15 and don't need to be up until 6, I wake up and nap for an extra half hour. Feel great.

Also, the word "real" gets weirder as you repeat it. Found that out when I was ten. Real. Real.

Don't snooze, even though I can mostly get up any time I darn well please now. Don't hate me. :bag:
I will take quick nap sometimes. I can fall asleep almost anywhere. Probably from sharing a room with four brothers when I was a kid.
I noticed you put parsnips instead of carrots in the poll, you crazy rebel. What is the world coming to? :D

I do not. I used to be a rampant snoozer until I was in my late 20's. It was very irresponsible, but there were days where I'd just call off work and keep sleeping, and some days where I'd just sleep right through any alarms I set.

At one point my internal clock just changed and now I wake up at a set time on a daily basis no matter what. Usually at 6 AM. Even when I set an alarm, I usually wake up a few minutes before it's set to go off, and if it actually does go off, I get right out of bed in an instant. The exception is if I overindulge in alcohol, I'll usually sleep an hour or so later, but that's pretty rare. I usually go to bed around midnight most evenings and get a total of around 6 hours of sleep.

My girlfriend....is the queen of snoozing, and it drives me bonkers for some reason. To me, it's just more sensible to set your alarm a bit later and get some quality sleep.
