Do you think you are ugly ?

I am not a photogenic person at all. I have very very few pictures of myself where I don't look like an uncomfortable gump, or look stoned or ********. I don't even like many of the pics of me on stage, at my thrashin' violent best.

I got a pic of me with Simone Simmons after we opened for Epica, and she's lookin' drop-dead gorgeous and I'm a dorky tool standing next to her.

Oh well... nobody said you have to be pretty to be metal.... OH CRAP I even had a gal say that to me after a really good show, somehow the discussion got turned into a go-hit-on-her argument, and then one gal drops on me, "Well don't worry, heavy metal is ugly, you can be fat and ugly and still be awesome!" Stopped the whole damn discussion, and I just stared at her. Deer in headlights. I know the truth, but you don't really need to reinforce it for me so blatantly.

Sure I'm ugly. I've even had women of ill repute tell me that and pass. I look like a bum, unless you look me in the eye. But my kid thinks I'm cute, and somehow that's all that matters.
