Do you use an amp stand?

I use the same thing... I cover it with a black tablecloth so you don't see it on stage.

Pretty cool!

But it looks also pretty unstable. I wouldn't want to set it up on anything but a rock solid stage, and even then I would be worried about anybody bumbing in to it. But maybe I worry too much... :)

If you're getting a second 115 I would just stack them on top of each other. The top one should get high enough like that.

DEAD RIGHT.they wont be part of my rig coz they are REALY UNSTABLE. pity realy coz they look good.

don't use an amp stand but sometimes I do leave my amp/cab on the 4 wheel dolly I use to cart my rig into the venue, but only if we have a quick tear down for another band coming on after us. Leaving it on the dolly allows me to unplug and roll the entire rig offstage. I've never noticed any sonic difference in doing that though.

I use a Berg CN212 cabinet instead of a single 12/stand scenario. The weight is the same and I get the benefits of two drivers vs one.

I have to bunji cord the cabinet to my little collapsable dolly because the cabinet is so light it wants to go flying off the dolly.

I often use an Ampwedge. Very effective, and the serrated edges keep the cab from slipping.
