No, I don't. Mainly because a) Ihe machine needed to vacuum-seal an Alembic Epic bass - which wears my TIJFs - is large, unwieldy. and expensive; and 2) it would be a Royal PITA, every time I wanted to play the thing...
But, you do whatever makes you happy. Personally, I've found that just putting used, keep-able strings in a Zip-Loc baggie; smooshing most of the air out before I close it all the way; and keeping them in a cool, dry place - like Tom Petty said to do - along with all the rest of my string stash - works perfectly well. For me, anyway...

I've always used Ziploc freezer bags to store strings in as well. Just before I zip it up all the way, I stick a straw in and suck the air out and seal it all the way.
