Does anyone know anything about this bass?

The neck is from an early '70s Fender Musicmaster converted to 5 strings (the 19 frets and unique tuners are the indicator). The body looks like a Jag (Squier?). The bridge may be a Musicmaster base and a Jaguar/Jazz Master guitar part, with one saddke removed.
Gotta respect anybody who takes their modding to this extreme.
Someone took existing ingredients and created the bass they wanted and needed, looks like a glorious success to me.
