You taking a break from the Broughton thread?
That’s hard to believe. It's been quiet over there today!
Seems like a really nice guy to me. Phil’s the guy you gotta look out for in that bandCouldn't say, I've never met him.
Yea they got Chris Chaney, or however you spell. Obviously a great player but when Acdc gets the James addiction bass player, no Phil?? It’s just time. I’m a massive Acdc fan and I can’t watch it.Seems like a really nice guy to me. Phil’s the guy you gotta look out for in that band
Looks like Cliff won’t be touring this year. Or Phil, probably.
Repetitive? Give me AC/DC over UB40 or Status Quo any day. Just MHOLearning AC/DC tracks and for the first time listening to the bass: Cliff Williams. Dear god his tone is dull like old roaps and his playing is repetitive!
He clearly does his job well because AC/DC have solve more albums than almost anyone. Maybe the bass needs to be dull to compliment Angus’s electric playing. However, Cliff has to be one of my least favourite bassists ever!
What do you think?
More for the rest of us. Eric Avery is who I think of as Jane’s bassist, but Chris kicks with them, too. And as long as Angus is there, it’s AC/DC. That’s how I look at it.Yea they got Chris Chaney, or however you spell. Obviously a great player but when Acdc gets the James addiction bass player, no Phil?? It’s just time.
