does anyone use a EMG 45 in a 5 String Bass?

Are there any experiences with EMG 45 pickups in 5 Sting Bases?
I want to replace the pickups in my BTB 405 and think about using EMG Js.
So the size of a 45 housing fits and it seems, that the usage for a 5 string is possible, but im not 100% shure.

Most of the 45 series should work fine as long as the magnets have complete string coverage, which they should. The only ones I might be concerned with would be any of the 45 P offerings. The split might not be in an ideal location for proper string coverage.
