Does such a pedal exist???

I am looking for a pedal with:
Preamp - Low/Mid/Mid Sweep/Hi
OD/Dirt options
Compression
Aux in
Headphone out
9V adapter compatible (to add to my chain power)

Other features optional but these are the "must haves". I have the TC Electronic SpectraDrive which *ALMOST* pulls this off (no sweepable mids). Just curious if such a pedal exists or if I can stick a dedicated mid sweep ahead of it on my effects chain and get good results. I know JHS has one and there are a couple others out there that do nothing but mid sweep.

Thanks!

Atomic Amps Bass Box has all of these + more. EQ mode #2 has bass, mid, mid freq, & treble bands.

The Atomic Amplifier Bass Box looks sweet... I haven't been able to find one on 'Verb used so that $400 price tag stands out... then again, there might be something to be said that you can't find them used? ;)

I like that it can switch EQ types so I don't lose my current pedal's Low Mid/Hi Mid, but gain Mid/Sweep.

At first I was a little turned off by the sheer # of switches on it, but after watching a demo, they do make sense.

Yes, the EBS Microbass 3.

I'm seeing a lot of recommendations for the EBS MB3, it was interesting in a thread on TB that it seemed there were a lot of "quirks" and some QC issues. I like the fact that the tuner is built in, though I might find it distracting if it's always on...

The ampeg scr-di
*almost* fills that spot too.
I was personally underwhelmed with the scrambler for a dirt/distortion sound and the aux in was a bit disappointing. As a pre amp and DI its pretty darn cool though.

Yeah, I'd looked at that when I went with the SpectraDrive, which I reiterate is NOT a bad pedal at all! I just wanted a little more tone shaping w/o losing the other features...

If it matters to you whether the aux in can be heard through the speaker cab (when connected), then the options are fewer. The Ampeg and EBS aux signals are audible only through phones. The TC pipes it through phones and cab.....not sure about the others.
