Does this P look "off"?

I hate to see a bass strung up guitar style like this one, ugh!

It's been a pet peeve of mine for over 30 years... not to mention when the string ends aren't cut to length and bent in every possible direction. How about haphazard winding? I know it could be considered being a little AR or OC to do it nice and tidy but cheesy crust! It seems to me that more effort is involved to string a bass up the wrong way.

Cause Guitar players are weiners. ;)

just kidding.

But look at the tuning pegs on a bass. In the middle, there's a hole where you put the strings and on guitar, there isn't.

Weird..
Well, my Les Paul copy has tuning pegs with holes in them but the holes aren't on top of the threads like they are on most basses I've come across, they're placed where they would be on a classical geetar, i. e. on the side. My guess is that only Fender-type guitars have pegs without holes in them or something but I'm not sure because I've never owned one.

It kinda looks like the neck is photo-shopped on the body or something. Look at where the neck & body join. The seller's history seems impeccable & probably is. Must just be a poor photo.

I thought the same thing. I use photoshop a lot for work and can usually pick out a "shopped" photo. Look at the carpet color and the light shine on the frets. Around the 4th fret the carpet is darker going toward the body and the light shine on the frets is brighter. At 1st glance I would say its a fake.
