Dogs. I am of the opinion that cats are incapable of love. I have never felt loved or noticed by a cat. My dog is always happy to see me.

BZZZTTT!!!!

Wrong answer.

Cats are VERY much capable of showing great affection and love. You just haven't met a cat that loved YOU. ;)

I had a cat for 17 years that greeted me at the door EVERY day, much like a favorite dog, insisted on being picked up and loved on. I have another cat, that is now 16, he will follow me around the house "talking" to me until I pick him up to pay attention to him.

I also have three dogs that I love as well, and have always been BOTH a cat and dog person - but I'm a bit "more" cat person, I love the laid-back attitude and independence they have, and the fact that they can quietly curl up in your lap and sleep through an entire movie without trying to lick your face or hands...

:)
