There's a girl i dated for a short time, who is still a good friend, she's thinking about giving this guy a 4th chance to date her. is it understandable for me to be a bit pissed?

Background: theres a girl i dated for a short period, not anymore but we're still really good friends and i still like her. anyway she was dating another person, who she really liked(ok with me. if she's happy, i'm happy). anyway, it ended because the other person was really committed to another person, and she(my friend) said it would be a really long time before she could get over her(note, this was a week ago). now, she is talking about going out with another guy who she's gone out with 3 times before. i dont know whats bothering me more, her saying she would be over the other person anytime soon(considering the circumstances feels like she was lying to me) or that this guy is maybe getting a 4th chance! should this bother me or am i overreacting?
