Double Bass Double Bass Amp

Hey there! I've recently decided to purchase a double bass amp and i'm in the process of finding the right one. I've read alot of threads on this and i'm still undecided. I sent a message recently to a player who recommended that i purchase an Acoustic Image Ten2 which he thinks "is the balls." I've read alot about AI amps on this and other sites and i'm deciding to maybe head in that direction so any advice would be appreciated.
I'm also using a realist pickup and i'm hoping this will be compatible with an AI amp.

You need to play through some rigs with your bass and pickup. The only research you haven't done so far, and the most important.
