Double Bass double bass banjo

sorry if this is the wrong forum for this,

me and my dad are in the later stages of building a double bass banjo, so i thought id show you all some pictures and videos.

the design was based around the designs posted on the Link Removed website, but with lower tension strings.

its currently in the fine tuning stage, sorting the action and the lattice out.

ill probably screw up adding the pictures first time bear with me

Hi my name is Ron. Unheardofinstruments is my company I operate as a sole trader.
I designed made the ones they copied pictured above but lost the original domain and site form the host closing down, hence the missing links up top.
Luckily for you and I, I was able to find the site on the wayback machine so now Link Removed
has a copy of the old site on it, I have started a luthiery school and there is a wordpress site for that with a link to the builds I have done in the past and a double bass banjo page to find. I hope you like it. I will put up some more sounds on there soon.
There have been many copies, I have also advised many builders on details of construction and the acoustic theory behind getting the good sound, imitation being the only sincere form of flattery... here are some of the copies and some of the original originals I copied (and improved upon IMHO)
