What else do you know about her? First name? Other works. Where'd she live?

Never found anything else out about her! No first name, no location, it was her only published work, and just a note that she studied as an amateur with Vaughan Williams on the inside cover of the sheet music. I found it on the ground at my undergrad a decade ago and no one ever claimed it so I don't even know where it came from. It was edited by Zimmerman but that's the only other name associated with her.

Did you look at the file I posted? I should pay attention. She appears to be from Utica, NY. Maybe I could inquire at Mannes or the New School to find her first name. No mention of Vaughan Williams. I wonder if that happened after she finished school.

I finally got around to asking about B. Schlemowitz. Got a reply and a possible lead from the archivist at the New School. Her first name was Bernice, as shown in a 2005 announcement of concerts put on by Cincinnati Symphony Chamber Orchestra. Somebody there knew her name, so there's a possible avenue of inquiry.
I also got a hit on the website of a musician named Bob McCarthy and I've emailed him to see what he knows. He says in his bio that he studied with her at Berklee, so she was clearly not an amateur and something else to explore.
