Double Bass Double Bass fitting in a 99-04 mustang?

Louis, your post sparked a flashback to my mid-20s. My wife and I used to drive my silver Ford Festiva to gigs with two basses and two bar stools in the back and the two of us in the front. Surprisingly roomy cars, and ran like a Timex watch.

I swear people around the hall must've thought we were with Ringling Bros. when we pulled up and started unpacking.
