What's funny is that when I saw the G3 tour some years back, everybody else on the tour was a jerk. But Billy Sheehan and Steve Vai both jumped over the security fence and hung out with their fans for a long time. I saw them both talk guys OUT of signing their guitars and basses on the front....rather they signed them on the back of the head or on the control plate so the fans could keep playing their guitars and basses without their names all over them. They were both really friendly and stayed a long time.

The inclusion of Dave Matthews easily makes up for the lack of bass guitars. Dave, and the gaggle of bro'ed-out frat guys and psuedo-bohemian basic-b&*^%s that flock to his arena-shows are a veritable kiloton a-bomb of douchery.

He's got a great band...I have to go every year with the wife. I like how he talks pretty normal, little southern twang...and at concerts his speaking voice morphs into Blind Mellon Chitlin's...THAT'S douchie
