I don't do much with sampled loops. But you can get Komplete Start and Drumica for free. Drumica requires Kontakt player which is included in Komplete Start. Then you've got access to more than 1000 drum loops that you can build tracks with.
Or Download MT-Powerdrumkit which has tons of midi drum looks and has a very nice song editor

If you don't like how the drum kit sounds, you can use any other drum vst asfter you've created your song and dropped it in your track.
