Downloadable lessons??

Is there any were i can donwload begginers lessons??
ive downloaded one but i was just wondering if theres any really good ones lots of people use??

I cant buy the DvDs ect because i just spent out on the gitaur and amp leads ect

Could you be a bit more specific? Is there anything in particular you want to learn? I don't really understand what you mean by lessons, since there are lessons for nearly every aspect of playing the bass.
