DR Neon

The DR Neon are some of the worst strings I have ever tried. I had 2 sets of Red/White/blue strings sent to me for the 4th of July weekend. Both packs had a dead G string in them. The strings overall were not impressive and died fast. I really liked the Marcus Miller when I tried them in the past but the neons were awful.

User error, my friend. User error. The chances of two dead strings in two consecutive sets seems extremely unlikely, in my opinion.

Having said that, I don't like them either. I like DR hibeams, sunbeams, Hellborgs and pure blues, but not the neons.

You'd think he be used to getting dead strings or ones that die too fast. *waits quietly for drum hits*

I love DR but I hate DR neons too, they feel really weird, too sticky.

I have just put both the Neon Pink and the Black Beauties on in the past month. BOTH are showing pick wear. I will not buy them again, despite the fact that they look cool.
