DR Pure Blues or Dunlop Super Brights?

Are all the DR bass strings round core, or are some hex core?

The majority of DR are round core with the Lo-Riders and DDT's being notable exceptions.

I ordered a pair of Super Bright Nickels and Won a set of Pure Blues this morning. Should be a fun head to head comparison.

Sorry for replying to such old message, but what are your opinions about both of these strings?

Been a bit since I played with these.
Super brights are great! Definitely hold their brightness longer than a lot of strings. Has a nice throaty note.

The Sunbeams I would like to try again sometime. They are really nice and have a pleasant worn in feel and sound. Remind me of a round version of TI flats without the weird A string.
