dream combo?

I'm looking for a new combo for jams and gigs with PA support. One on my list comes close (B200R), but I'd really like to stop all this gear buying and find one that I'll use for many years, that meets all my requirements. Does such a thing exist?
Here's what I'd like to see in my dream combo:
- tube pre for that warmth
- 15" speaker
- side handles
- XLR output (or some kind of line-out to a mixer)
- 200-300 watts
- tilt-back
- less than 65 lbs.

Mesa Walkabout Scout.
Doesn't have side handles. Doesn't tilt back. The sound makes up for that. It's also small and about 50lbs. I have the 12" version and it's all the rig I'll ever need. And it fits in my FRONT seat.

My very first thought as well. I'd want to check out Roland's D-bass 115 too. It lacks a tube pre, but Roland's models are pretty good and they're light and efficient.

Another vote for the Mesa. I was extremely impressed with the Scout combo when I tried it at a local music store.

I dont know about availability in your neck a the woods, but i know Trace Elliot will take a fair bit of beating if the Mesa's a bit pricey.
Theres a whole array of second hand 15" combo models floating about, mostly with tube pre's and a fair bit of wattage behind them.

The Mesa Walkabout Scout. I have the 12" model. It sounds pretty big compared to other combos its size. It weighs 50 lbs. The 15" model sounds even bigger. You wouldn't believe it's 300 watts. It feels like more. The unique speaker cabinet with the passive radiator gets a lot out of the small size.

It is the best amp for that tube warmth in the preamp that I have found. Mesa uses 2 tubes. Amazing little amps. A bit expensive but Mesa quality is very high.

I'm seriously considering the B200R at this point. I think the all tube Walkabout Scout would be mundo perfecto, but a little bit too much cash for me at the moment .
If I can't find any other contenders in this category, I may consider SS combos, but only if they sound drastically different from my SS head (SVT350). Maybe the Ashdown Mag C115-300?

I've got direct experience and would recommend the Nemesis NC115 to fit your paramters. Only thing it doesn't do is tilt back. But, 250W into a beefy 15" and nicely designed cab. Plus, it's a pleasure to carry at only 42 pounds.

Or, go a bit larger for not much more money and only 15 extra pounds and get the NC212! 350W pushing 2 12" speakers, which sound absolutely phenomenal (to me). That's currently the combo I'm running and I love it.

Just got one of these this past weekend. This little guy is a ''bad boy''. Cant believe the amount of bottom end this puts out.
