I'm shocked nobody has mentioned one of the grestest rock rhythm sections, ever - John McVie and Mick Fleetwood. Or are you all just jazz snobs?

..funny, no one mentioned else mentioned Tito Puente, Lionel Hampton, Doc Rivers, Sheila E. or any of the other prominent percussionists. Seems like if you play anything other than jazz, salsa, calypso, merengue, etc., these talented musicians are lost.
Some of us are "in a box"... no way to grow that way
