Drone?

I'm looking for a drone/oscillation pedal with an instrument input that lets me add the signal of my bass without using an external mixer.

I know there is the SOMMS from dwarfcraft, but it's way too expensive for me, and I don't need a joystick. I just want to stomp on it.

Not really. I'm looking for something that produces it's own sound (I don't know how to explain it better). I mean, I can use a looper to make drones, but I don't want a pedal that replays what I play on bass, I want something that could work with no input.

one thing i can think of is an electric tambura. but it would only be really useful if youre playing alot of indian music. i've seen sitar players playing to one. also the ehx freeze doesnt really playback the sound that you put into it. it alters it a bit, it gives it an organ-like quality

The Behringer BSY has the feature to hold a note whilst you play over the top of it.
