For DGCF I used (nickel or SS rounds) 50/70/90/110, but for low C I'd use a 115/120.
110 will work for low C, but it's real floppy.
110 for a low C is definitely not 'real floppy' with higher tension hex-core strings like DR Lo-Riders and a proper setup; as I mentioned before, I've tuned to drop B and drop Bb using 110 sets and played VERY fast/technical pick style lines without a problem.
My current Jazz style bass is tuned to drop C# with a standard 105 set and it plays wonderfully.
A good setup and efficient technique goes a long way.
