Dual SB-1 With Blend and Series/Parallel Switch Wiring Diagram?

Hello all!

I've got a heavily-modified Talman bass with dual reverse P pickups in it. I'd like to try swapping them out for G&L SB-1 pickups but I'm not sure how to do the wiring. I'd like to have a volume/blend/tone setup as well as a switch (possibly a push/pull volume?) that would switch the two pickups between series and parallel (not switching the split coils of a single pickup, but switching the connection between the two).

From searching around, it also seems like the SB-1 might use something other than a .047u capacitor, and also has a resistor wired in. What's that all about, and should I replicate it?

Thanks!
