Dumb question - turning off thread notification emails?

Had an id on here for years, only started using it again recently. I've gone through my profile settings and turned off all email notifications that I can find, but I'm still getting emails whenever any thread I've looked at is updated - how can I turn them off? My profile changes don't seem to be "taking".

I have disabled all email notifications on your account, so your email notices should be stopped.... In the future, if you go to your watched threads (view all watched threads), you'll see a menu at the top-right that will allow you to quickly stop watching all threads that you're watching, and disable email notification on all watched threads:
