Dunable Club!?

OMG the Gnarwhal with 2 split coils *drool*

...

Good thing that a) I certainly don't need another bass, and b) these poops are way outta my price range anyway...

The USA Dunable's are no more expensive than any other boutique custom build out there... $2,400 to $3,000 for a complete custom build....and the off the shelf mass produced variety is actually a bit cheaper than some of the other mass produced brands out there... $1,299

and as always much cheaper used...

Go for it!!!

So a few things -

I get that's not expensive for a custom build bass, but never the less it's way more than I need to be spending right now (which is nothing.)

And I would be down with one of their Asian made instruments, but...well, see the end of the first statement.

And lastly -

LOL...BUY USED...I DID...AND the best part is i only have a few hundred dollars more into two of them than it cost for one new...

YOU KNOW YOU WANT ONE!!!

The Gibson RD is one of the coolest looking basses ever made and nobody was making anything similar until Dunable. The swamp ash body of mine is crazy lightweight. It's very comfortable. I had a Thunderclapper previously. I love that shape, too, but the katana pickups didn't work with my band.

I plan on getting a USA custom as soon as their online configurator goes up. Also looks like some new DE’s are on the way. Gnarwhal with two split coil pickups in all black and silver burst are on display at NAMM.

Not entirely 100% accurate...ESP is making a R&D clone for the Japanese market...I almost bought one when i happened upon the Dunable's

Dunable was running a rare and short lived sale last night on all USA customs so I ordered yeti bass. Should be here in a few months. Absolutely can not wait, I’ve been wanting one for the better part of a year and couldn’t pass up a good deal.
