Dunwich Amplification General Discussion

Yuh. Screenshot from Magic's SM below:
Affects the character of the fuzz. On the green Dunwich, it went from lower-gain (CCW) to higher-gain with an slight octave-up effect (CW), at least to my ears.
It's biases Q2. I've always preferred to bias the system at VCC/2 which in most cases would be ~4.5V
Guess I need to crack this guy open.

Yes, there's one. I haven't tried messing with it yet but that's about to be fixed.
it controls the signal level of the octave to find an optimum nulling point for max octave. Transistor in the octave section always have a bit of tolerance so you can bias them to find the best null point
Found that adjusting the Magic Pedals Witchfinder trim pot fully CW provided the most prominent octave effect.

I found that I'm gonna need a bigger hammer... I mean screwdriver... to open up my Witchfinder. Man, those screws are set in there.

I actually got that think opened up. I switched to a stubby screwdriver.
