Duostrap Sig/ Neo

If you did the extra strap button on the back of the bass, it might be possible to switch quickly.

I'm using the tension strap to avoid drilling my 60th Ann P-bass, so time is used up by attaching the second strap. If you drill the hole and use an extra strap lock on the back instead of the tension strap, it would be a lot faster.

I have the DuoStrap (sig) and I've tried it with my Pedulla MVP6 and for the life of me, I could not get it to work comfortably. It could be the shape of the upper horn on the Pedulla but there's no way I'm drilling a hole in the back of that bass. I haven't tried it with my other basses. Maybe one of these days I'll get to it.

I'm sure there would be a way to attach the second strap without drilling, but honestly the tension strap is the way to go if you don't want to drill.

You might be able to rig something up to the tension strap that would allow quick connect and disconnect. I like that the tension strap has holes along it so once you find the sweet spot for you, you can pop one of the rivet screws in and the second strap won't slide around on the tension strap.

Zero neck dive is possible with this thing, even if you're not trying to ease playing pain.

Thanks for the pic! Is this your normal playing position? The reason I ask is because when I tried the Slider dual shoulder strap, I couldn't find a playing position that felt comfortable or "natural," no matter how I adjusted it.

I prefer my headstock to be in more upright position than horizontal position; does this seem achievable with the Duostrap?

Not exactly my normal playing position but close. This pic was taken to show the lack of neck dive.

I'm probably going to order the extra long option soon. With the standard Duostrap, I can't get the bass low enough. I usually play just a bit lower, so the extra long option should help.

Even though its a bit higher than my normal straps, it's totally comfortable.

And yes, practically any position is possible depending on how you adjust the straps. And the great thing is that once its set, it stays put.
