How quickly can you swap basses with the duostrap?
Great question, Toby.
Will I need a different Duostrap for each bass?
Just got my Duostrap Neo. This is a seriously nice strap! Impressive quality, and not as hard to dial in as I expected. Can't wait to try it out tonight at practice.
I should also add that I was able to set it up so it doesn't bother that spot I was worried about.
I've tried attaching the second strap over the upper horn but it doesn't work anywhere near as well as the tension strap. I'd give that a try, it really makes it easier to set up.
If you did the extra strap button on the back of the bass, it might be possible to switch quickly.
I'm using the tension strap to avoid drilling my 60th Ann P-bass, so time is used up by attaching the second strap. If you drill the hole and use an extra strap lock on the back instead of the tension strap, it would be a lot faster.
This is my conclusion as well. Unfortunately I now have to order the tension strap. Hopefully Freddels has that.
I don't have the tension strap and I really don't feel like throwing more money at it right now. Honestly, at the price they charged for this thing, it should have come with the tension strap.
You could probably fashion your own tension strap out of an old guitar strap if you got creative.
Great idea! It's not like I don't have a few sitting around collecting dust. New weekend project![]()

Here's the strap in playing position.

Zero neck dive is possible with this thing, even if you're not trying to ease playing pain.
Thanks for the pic! Is this your normal playing position? The reason I ask is because when I tried the Slider dual shoulder strap, I couldn't find a playing position that felt comfortable or "natural," no matter how I adjusted it.
I prefer my headstock to be in more upright position than horizontal position; does this seem achievable with the Duostrap?
