never the less, he did do something wrong. didnt make it open source...
if he had, there would be no stopping it, and the company couldnt really do anything to him as every programmer in the world could have had his finger in it, not just him... its safe to assume though that this company will access the source code and make some new and improved copy protections based on that guy's intelectual property. (against the law), but hey, thats ok... THEY have money.
