Some of the groups I play in sometimes get tips via Venmo. Seems the hip thing nowadays.

I’ve never played for tips. But I do pay/tip bands when I’m out.

I withdrew some cash for a UK trip in March and I withdrew $20 for tolls when I drove my kid home from school in May. And I’m not driving him back to school this month so I won’t touch another paper dollar until next May.
Do you want my tip? Take 2000s money.

A band can be as good as The Beatles and I’m not tipping cash because it’s 2024.
