Eagle 'Ric copy help

I came accross this 'Ric copy marked 'Eagle' going for $100.

Anyone know anything? A real Rickenbacker is beyond my means.

A Ric copy for $100 is something to jump on immediately even if you know nothing about the manufacturer. If it turns out to be not to your liking, you will EASILY make back what you paid for it selling it to someone else.

cant tell you anything about it, but it looks perfect for a "cliff burton on a budget" fan.

Eagle basses are made in korea and is designed by swedish guys if i remember correctly. They have some other names around the world though. Only called Eagle in sweden i think, outside they are called Sweagle or Brownville or something like that.

To this actual bass then:
The pickups is obviously not original.
The Ric's cost about $800 new and the Ric's are said to be okay instruments.. Not bad but not the best copys either.

Got a modified Eagle bass myself but it's not a Ric'.

I agree for $100 I would have bought it just to sell it.

For $100 all you need is the look. You got it cheap enough that you could change out all the electronics & hardware, & still make out.

I think he meant the Eagle Ric's where $800 new. Although if there are any REAL Ric's for that much then yes, please let us know where we can find them
