Earnie ball cobalt 45-100

They've only been out for a few months but they're not really unpopular.
New EB Cobalt Flats? | TalkBass.com
Great strings. Everyone should try them.

and what I said was lifted directly from wikipedia. I'm not that smart.
I just bought a bass that had the Ernie Ball Cobalt Flats Super Slinky (45, 65, 80, 100), and they sound great. I've been using D'Addario Chromes for years now, and I think I may have found my new string. I'll give a little time before I make my final decision. But, so far I would have to agree that you should at least give them a try.

I'm honestly thinking about trying the cobalt flats on my jazz bass because they're so highly recommended and praised but I really like the rounds. But I'll still say that if rotosound nickels were flexible I'd prob be with them still but these cobalt rounds are bad a$$
