Looking for a 3rd party lanyard that fits Etymotic ER-20XS earplugs.
I’m a very happy longtime user of Etymotic's ER-20XS earplugs. However, I have come to hate the provided lanyards. The loop often comes apart when I am trying to put it on the earplug, and even if I am successful, over time the lanyard inevitably gets knotted up. I’ve tried going without, but that’s a great way to lose an earplug in a low light situation.
I’m wondering if anyone can recommend a slightly more robust lanyard that works with the ER-20XS, even if it’s from another company. Etymotic provides nothing other than their stock lanyard and has no other recommendations.
