EB Group III Flats & GHS Precision

I was able to compare D'Addario Chromes in 45-100 and EB Group II flats in 50-105. The EB flats felt much smoother. Flats do have varying degrees of smoothness manufacturer to manufacturer.
I have a few sets of GHS Precision flats and all feel glassy smooth ( they're 10+ yrs old so I cannot speak to current ones ).

La Bella & Fender flats feel very smooth too. And Optima Chrome!
