No idea about the 60s Cameo bass, but as far as the second one goes, if your considering getting one of these, the 2nd is the way to go. Hes selling it for 200, and its worth that easily in the inlay alone. Plus, for that little, even if it dosent sound great, it was cheap, so you can probably afford some barts and maybe a new preamp to throw in there.
 
In fact, the more I think about it....
Someone on here buy the 2nd one and hold on to it for me....
Just kidding. I wish I had the money to get it. It looks good, neck through, and that inlay is sick. Someone at least buy it, it deserves a good home. (If you look, the yellow looking stain on it is actually something with the lighting or the camera, cuz in other photos its natural, probably maple.)
