eBay genius!

http://cgi.ebay.com/Warwick-Thumb-2006-LTD-Dirty-Blonde-bass-guitar-251_W0QQitemZ200100664219QQihZ010QQcategoryZ4713QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

Apparently this Thumb Dirty Blonde is #251 of 250 worldwide units!

Does that make it extra special?

Especially given that #299 is in my lap.

Here's the scoop for the curious - I called Dana B Goods (US Warwick distributor) for the lowdown on the Dirty Blond after I got mine:

500 units produced, all in 2006 - 300 4 string, 200 5 string. Yes, I have the last 4 string made.

The tag on the back of the neck has 2 numbers - 6\(some number.) The first number denotes the year, second denotes the serial number, from 1-299 for 4 strings, 300-500 for 5 strings.
