Ebay Transaction...when do I panic?

So I bought a master midi keyboard of eBay on November 29th from a seller in Italy with perfect feedback (133). On December 3, they said they were looking for a carrier to get to the US. On December 10 (Wednesday), they said they found the carrier to ship (FedEx) and it would ship on Monday (Dec 15) if I understood him correctly. Well...It's January 9 and still no package, no customs notification, no email from seller. I've emailed the seller twice in the last two weeks saying that I was getting worried and is there any tracking info. No response. I even asked to confirm the shipper was FedEx. No response. The eBay listing shows the carrier as Spedizione Internazionale Standard...which looks like it could be FedEx or even UPS...I dunno.

Should I be panicking now or give it a bit more time?

When is the last day that you can cancel the deal or file a dispute? I can't say that this seller is trying to screw you, but have read reports of eBay vendors running the buyer in circles to wait out the money back refund period.

Uh, contact eBay now. And let them know you've contacted them twice in the last two weeks. Keep all your communications with the seller recorded so you can provide it to eBay. You might already have enough for them to open a case.
