EBMM StingRay Special Club

I think I might have found the right strings for this bass. I’ll know for sure after recording some jams this Thursday night.
Joining the 4HH Dropped Copper gang. Bonus pic of my Limited Radiant Red Sterling I picked up here from a cool TBer.
Can’t believe no one here has purchased a yellow , teal , or chopper blue yet .
That yellow reminds me of Corvette or Ferarari .
Which reminds me of something else. I just realized that I now not only drive a Stingray but I play a Stingray bass. I wish I could change my forum name to Lady Stingray .
And nope I’m not interested in a Warwick Corvette.
My new Stingray Special 5 HH is still amazing me with all of the different tonal options. That little 5 way switch is like shifting gears.

I was torn between the Teal and Chopper Blue but felt they’d clash with my clothes and make me stand out too much.
Went with this instead.

Yeah anything to stay out of the dropped copper’s way. Like a leather copper color would be cool

I have a Cruz teal on order but won't be here till next January - I've paid a deposit so I suppose I technically own a portion of one!!
I agree with you entirely - these basses are great and changing the pick up selector switch changes things significantly - never likened it to changing gears but good analogy - the bass I have on order is a 5HH and I'm really looking forward to the powerful neo pick ups in combination with the low B string and new EQ - if it's anything like the four string one it'll be superb.
