EBS Reidmar 502 power cord for US

I purchased a Reidmar 502 amp and had it sent to the us. The power cable is for euro outlets. Can I use and adapter for the outlet after changing the power switch to 115v ?
Or do I need a new cable all together ?

New cable, but isn’t it mated to an IEC inlet on the amp?

I don’t think it’s the power switch that needs to be changed. I strongly urge you to seek out correct information BEFORE going forward on this. If you are wrong, it can get very expensive to correct the damage.

Sorry I'm not changing out the IEC it has a slide switch for 230 or 115 power supply. the cable supplied is a euro plug so I would think I would just need an adapter for the plug ?

Find another IEC cable, skip an adapter. Nothing really special about IEC power cables.

So just a power cord for a computer monitor or computer is fine ?

The amp has a standard IEC connector on it, as well as an AC input selector switch.
Use a standard NEMA-IEC power cord (like the ones typical for PCs) and make sure the selector is set for 110VAC.
