Getting a replacement by Frid is likely to be very challenging, so you need to plan for the contingency. If you run one cab, you may be able to use the other jack. It doesn't look like the bad jack has any sort of short. If it does, you should be able to simply remove it. Then if you use two cabs, either run two cables from the amp (one to each cab), or daisy chain this cab from your other cab.
The jack you need is TR (tip ring) and appears to be switching.
I don't believe the switching is actually used.
This jack is designed for through hole mounting:
This is a Neutrik NMJ4HFD2
The physical measurements need to match the hole spacing on the board.
The technical specs can be found here:
NMJ4HFD2 | Neutrik
Call around to see if you can find a jack locally. The Neutrik should be a fairly common model that may be kept on bench stock.
It takes some degree of skill and knowledge to remove the old jack without damaging the circuit board. It's almost always best to deconstruct the old part rather than trying to extract it intact. Much easier to remove one pin when there are not three other pins holding it in place. Also helpful if you have a solder sucker.
Good luck!
