I am also very courious about this amp. Considering the price "half of what i paid for my svt" i think this is the best deal out there for an all tube amp. If i were to do it again i think i would seriously look at this amp. I have seen them selling for around the $800 mark brand new on ebay.

Hi.

I don't have the EDEN, but one of it's older "siblings" ;).

Great amp for the money. A few problems with the design, and a few with the manufacturing standards (possibly just ROHS).

I highly doubt the 320W output though as my one only puts out 200W before clipping. I measured that within weeks of recieving the amp about 1 1/2 years ago. Waiting for the same from the Eden owners.

I've had one for a couple weeks now. Running it @ 8ohms through a D410xlt. Very nice, meaty, full sound with a ton of volume. Just waiting for my replacement drivers for my second 410 and I'll be running it balls-to-the-wall at 4ohms.

Rechecked the bias testpoints after several hours of play over a 2 week period and happy to report that they are all still hovering around 20mV each.

Got mine from eBay for $729 shipped. Gotta say that I'm quite happy not only for the sound I've got, but for the deal IMO. I can still be picky about finding a good used SVT now, too!

Had mine 6 weeks or so. Running it thru a 8 ohm Fender 410 Pro slant. It's louder than my WT550 thru the same cab. It came with the bias on the money and has stayed that way. So far I am very pleased with this head. Big tube sound for a great price. One thing- the mute switch doesn't mute the D.I., a design flaw I guess.

I've been gigging mine regularly for a few months now. Great tone, no problems at all. Most, if not all, of the blowout deals on eBay are from official Eden dealers. In most cases, the amps are drop shipped to you from Eden when you buy.
As for demoing one, if you have an Eden dealer nearby, they might have the new facelifted version WTB300V to try out. They should sound the same.

I have to be the wet blanket on this subject. I too bought this a couple months ago because of the cheap price, but i sent it back within the week. I hated it, i thought the tone for a tube basically was blah and at 300 watts i thought it played very weak. Was very much let down.

Did you bias it properly? Supposedly it's very easy to make the head (or any head for that matter) sound very bad if it's not biased correctly

I sure did, everyone i talked to on TB gave me all the info for start up. IMO it had no low end and too much growl. Kind of like a cheap distortion pedal. Tried it on several of my basses and each rig i had. just not a fan.

Do a good search here. Seems some people had problems with them right out of the box. And I've read that they don't manufacture them either, it's a Chinese rebranded amp. (This is what I've read here)
