I picked up an Eden D410XLT from Buzz Bass over the weekend, cranked it up last night at a rehearsal, and the thing just flat out rocked! Completely different from my Acme 4x10 and exactly what I was looking for. Punchy and cuts right through those obnoxious Mesa triple-recs. It's so nice to finally be able to hear myself on stage.
I noticed my tone at times sounded a bit "boxy" or "styrofoamy". I'm guessing it's a bit muddled in the mids, so does anyone have any suggestions on where to make an EQ cut to clean it up? I've got an Ampeg SVP-Pro as my preamp.
Thanks,
CPJ
