Eden WTDI to power amp

Hey all, long time no talk bass, been busy working but now with a band that's actually doing things and in need of some upgraded gear. Long story short I run my bass to an Eden WTDI then to an outdated Ashdown head and cabinets. Looking to upgrade the entire system after the Eden, I've always run into the normal instrument input on the Ashdown but bypassed the pre-amp. I have the DI line running to the board for PA but can I run the 1/4" off the Eden straight to a normal power amp then to the cabs (line level) or do I need something specific for instrument input before the cabs (regular bass head)? I'm really not a gear guy I just play what I have and hope it works for everyone. I don't need anything special, it's a country band, I know how to play root 5th and have cowboy boots. All I need to know is if the 1/4" from the Eden WTDI will plug into a standard power amp and make the full amount of noise possible thanks.

Yes. I've done that using an old MosValve power amp. It works fine.

I love the WTDI tone. I have ran it straight into a power amp but it seems to not have sufficient output for a 1.2-1.4v input sensitivity. I would imagine it would pair far better with an amp that has switchable input sensitivity with a .775v option such as the second generation Crown XLS 1002-2502.

Another good option is the Peavey IPR series. IIRC Crest Prolite is somewhere in that range as well.

The Crest Prolite series without the DSP have a lower input sensitivity than those with the DSP.
