Effects chain help/question

Im kinda new to this whole effects thing and just picked up some pedals to spice things up. Im trying to figure out afew things though.

Firstly: My chain is as follows: bass --- TU-2 --- GE-7 Equalizer --- MXR Blowtorch --- CE-5 Chorus --- amp

Any input/suggestions into the placement of pedals? I was always told chorus last but im not sure if thats a good call or not.

Also- The blowtorch has two outputs. One labled through, and one labled output. Which should i be using?.

The Boss website gives you a decent place from which to begin your pedal placement order, you should check that out. That said, it should only be where you begin, it shouldn't be your bible. Tone is like beauty, it's in the ear of the listener. Try moving your pedal order around until you get the tone you want. Who cares what other people say or think about your pedal order. Get your tone and go with it!

I'd go EQ - blowtorch - chorus - tuner last.

But seriously - experiment with upping the highs on the EQ, placement before the blowtorch, and then cutting the highs on the blowtorch - to give the highs more OD bite, but keeping the low end a little more defined. Likewise, you could do this to the lows if you like that kind of tone.
