Effects used for this sound ?

Hey, i was wondering how to make agressive wobbles with a guitar or a bass without using a Hot Hand or any other digital stuff.

Not any kind of wobble, i'm talking about dark, mean wobble. It's not something really usual, for now i only got one exemple that pops in my mind and it's this one. (see the link) It starts at 4:32, you can hear it in the background and it last 'til 5:07 :



I'm kind of crappy when it's about modulation effects so i can hear some wah but the other effects i don't know. Flanger, envelope filter maybe ? =/

you could easily accomplish that with a source audio manta filter set to LFO. who cares if its digital when it sounds good
