Scrambled, poached, soft boiled. Don't like fried eggs because the whites end up tasting like rubber (but the yolks can be yummy if not overdone).

My twin was eaten by a bear when we were camping as a kid. So until I have had my proper revenge, I eat eggs this way to remind me of unfinished business.

Sunny side up usually however if they just happen to turn into scrambled, which sometimes they do, I'm cool with that too.

Every way as long as it's not fully cooked. Whether boiled or fried or poached, I love runny yolk.

I will only eat my eggs:

• scrambled
• poached
• over easy
• basted
• sunny
• in an eggs benedict
• as an omelet
• in a breakfast burrito
• as a quiche
• in some other way I haven't thought of

When I lived in Fort Wayne, we had chickens, and the fresh eggs changed my life. Now I always buy only cage-free, natural eggs, preferably brown, and I don't eat them every day, obviously, but I do love me some eggs! Do NOT eat eggs from sick battery chickens. Boycott those suckers, and stop the cruelty. Google it, to see what I'm talking about.

My personal favorite is to scramble them with cheese and green onions, plus some diced ham if I have it arround. I call it “Eggs Lorraine,” because I figure at that point it’s basically quiche.

But if someone else is cooking, over easy, pleasy.

Sunny side up or over easy.... with syrup and sitting on pancakes or French toast. To me, the taste of syrup and eggs is synergistic, like peanut butter and chocolate. I'd say at least half the people who see me do this think it's gross, though. Maybe a poll on that should be done.

On pancakes is the best way to eat eggs. I prefer them sunny side up, but over easy is okay. Cover them with syrup and have bacon and hash browns on the side.

Over medium, fried in butter, salt and pepper on the flipped side with a beautiful warm runny yolk to dip my buttered sourdough toast in.

A diner by me does crab cakes Benedict. The crab cakes replace the English muffins. A beautifully poached egg with runny yolk and hollandaise on top of a crab cake is pretty ******* amazing.
