Eich Amplification

I think the Supercab has more bottom in their lows. I didn't feel a very boomy low end with the 1210S. Still nice lows, but I think the Supercab has more deeper lows. I think the tweeters with the 1210s are on steroids. Much brighter and open than the supecab. I actually had to turn my highs down on my bass because the tweeters are so strong on the 1210. On Sunday I will play the Supercab again, so I can be able to put more sound in my head. But right now, I feel like the 1210 can handle more than the Supercab.

Cool, thanks for sharing that info! It's great to hear feedback from someone who has direct experience with each cab. Personally, I would lean towards the extra low end of the TecAmp cab. It's easy for me to fine tune and dial in the highs on my amps. My preferred tweeter setting on my TecAmp S212 Classic & M212 Classic cabs already balances the lows and highs perfectly for me. I always leave the tweeter at the same setting:

Please let us know your thoughts once you get a chance to play the SuperCab again.

Is it better to pair the 1210 with another 1210 or a 212?
Hy, i'm new one on this forums, (French bass player).
I ask me exactly the same question.
I'm looking for the T1000 head Eich ans i'm hesitate about the mixing proposition's cab's with it :
On the series M :"one 212 M with one 210 M", or "two cab's 210M" or "two cab's 212M" ? (some say's that using 2 same cab it's better)...!
Or on the series S :
"one S212 with one S1210S", or "two cab's 212s", or "two cab's 1012S" ?
Thank's for your suggestion and appreciation.
Musicaly.;-)

I would go S1210 and s212.

I thought I'd update the thread with a NCD post. I was looking for a one cab solution for my D-350 and decided on an EICH 210 XS 4-Ohm cabinet. I purchased the cabinet directly from EICH through their website. They shipped from Germany with DHL and it took a little over 2 weeks in-transit time to get here. It arrived yesterday in very sturdy double boxing. It's a fantastic cab for the money and just matches really nicely with the Mesa. Punchy, great mids and the highs are slightly compressed which sounds good to my ears.
