Eich Bass Board / Pleasure board amplification question

I've been playing mainly using in-ears for practice, and acquired one of the Eich bass boards to get the 'feeling' of playing bass while on in-ears.

To that end - it seems to work, but my only 'amp' is very underpowered (the 15w out of a PJB Bass Buddy).

I'm moving to a new house, where i'll finally be able to get a cab, and play 'out loud', but would also like to use the bass-board.

I wonder whether there is a way of running both the Bass Board & a standard cab in parallel off of a single speaker output, but in a way that allows for the adjustment of relative amount of power going to the board/cab.

The idea here is that in the evenings, I would still like to keep the 'same' amount of power going to the board, while reducing the amount of power going to the cab.

One way to do this would be a stereo/dual-channel amp, with a balance knob, but there very few of these around, especially ones with a small footprint.

Would adding a variable resistor 'in series' with either the cab, or the board, be a feasible solution? Or is the amount of power too much?

Any suggestions welcome - I realise this is a pretty 'niche' question. But I guess it could also apply to someone wanting to send different amounts of power to two cabs, off of one output...

I was thinking about this exact issue a couple months ago. I have a road gig where I take out a 6x10 but we’re on IEMs and can dial in our own mix. My plan was to find either an Eich board or a Porter & Davies KT board to have the best of both worlds (platform AND cab) or to use either depenff sg if on the gig. I checked into exactly what you’re looking at, but from my research a lot of people seemed to find that any transducer-equipped board is going to require such a large amount of power that it’s easier to just use a separate amp system to power the Board.

If size and weight aren’t too big of a concern you could look into using a power amp with two channels and several hundred (or more) watts of power, then adjusting individual channel volumes.

I ended up deciding to dedicate my Trace Elliot Elf head to running a transducer-equipped board (still saving up for it) so I can run my DI out of my Bergantino B Amp to the board and a line from the B Amp to the Elf.
